I spent years trying to fix myself out of anxiety, burnout, and a constant sense of not-quite-right. I changed jobs, relationships, countries. The patterns followed. What finally shifted wasn't another system or another answer. It was understanding my own pattern — deeply enough that I could stop being run by it.

That's the work I do with people now.

I'm a classical homeopath, trained at the MICH Academy for Holism and Classical Homeopathy. I also work as a clinic mentor and supervisor there.

I built the Shine vs Burn Spectrum because I kept seeing the same pattern in the people around me — in clients, in students, in myself at earlier chapters.
